The mission of the Laboratory of Animal Models
is generate and analyze animal models. Our main goal is to determine the effect of genetic modification on the behaviour and metabolism of the tested animal. Laboratory has the latest  equipment for the production of genetically modified animals and for testing such models.

In addition, the laboratory serves as a "core-facility”, currently being developed thanks to the funding of the Foundation for Polish Science - Team Tech Core Facility Plus project.
The facility provides services for the production and analysis of genetically modified animals, viral vectors production and oncological studies.
We offer our services to scientific and R&D institutions.
