Neurons in Action 2019 is the 5th Nencki Symposium dedicated to plasticity of the nervous system. The symposium is a collaborative initiative of the research groups from the Institute. This year we will host biologists and psychologists that will present the latest research focused on neurobiology of spatial memory, emotions, addiction, social interactions, feeding, astrocytes, neuromuscular junctions and brain plasticity. We will discuss neurobiology starting from the cells in vitro, through animal models and human studies. NiA 2019 is aimed at PhD students, postdocs, older academics as well as all other fans of neurobiology.
