LAM offers the genotyping service. You should deliver to us tail/ear tissue fragments, PCR primers and reaction condition.

We will isolate genomic DNA and run PCR reaction with your samples. The results will be sent in any form convenient for you. Routinely, for DNA isolation we use Genomic Mini Kit (A&A Biotechnology) and for PCR reaction – Taq PCR Core Kit (Qiagen) or Taq DNA Polymerase (Invitrogen).
